Our latest version 5 sequencer software (v5.1.7) is compatible with Microsoft Windows XP (SP3), Vista, 7, 8, 10 and 11.
All programs are now digitally signed. When you run the install you will be warned a program by ACM is trying to access your computer and your permission is required. Select to trust all ACM programs and you will receive no more permission messages when using any ACM version 5 programs.
Using Windows 10 or 11 and need the latest software? Please click here and send an install request, remembering to include your serial number.
Version 5 software will only be available for instruments presently running 3.5, 4 and 5 versions of the sequencer software. For all other instruments please contact our technical support here including the serial number and present software version
USB Drivers
The latest FTDI USB to serial drivers are available via Windows update, the FTDI website, or here.
If you are using a USB connection to the instrument then try the FTDI USB Reset Tool that can solve some driver issues.
