If the Sequencer or Core running gives an error for a missing DLL, quit the software and open it again from the Start menu.  This happens in Windows 10 and 11 when you add a technique in the Sequencer or start a test in the Core running the, but only first time they are loaded.  After exiting the software and reloading it, you shouldn't see the error again. 

If the error is persistent, uninstall and re-install the software.
